Here is the story of #AcidHouse and the #TB303 from the mouth of it's creator DJ Pierre of Future for @reasonstudios

A few outtakes that are contrary to the typical (or stereotypical) narrative of the pop and #EDM music space.

- It doesn't happen overnight. This constant reach for 'going viral' is dead inside and does not have any soul. There's almost always a deeper story than it was 'instant'.

- find your niche. His record was played 4 times on the same night and was not an 'instant success'. They found people to--in today's vernacular--to play and replay, repost, like, etc. And more importantly, don't be afraid (more inspite of being afraid) to experiment, to take chances, to be different.

- it takes community. Keep in your circle those that appreciate that you are different and that you have a practice that is constantly seeking to be a spark.

I appreciate all of you that continue to route for me, to follow, and like my sound, my journey, and to be a part of advocating my sound...
